Our entire project revolves around the idea of using the best products and ingredients we can find in our own property. Apart from the organic garden near the pool, we have a large garden where we plant all produce we use in our restaurant and that we need for the year. Always respecting seasons, we change our menu to adapt to what we have at that time. We also use tons of produce from our other property, which benefits from a different climate, making the crops different from the ones by the river. Whichever product we don't produce, we source them from local producers, partnering with small businesses and farmers. 


A farm breakfast, included in every stay, offers artisanal breads from a local bakery, fresh pastries, fruits, homemade jams and other local delicacies.


Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:30 AM.


The snack menu is served at lunch time and through-out the day, to be enjoyed by the pool or at the restaurant. We have a selection of fresh salads from our garden, small dishes and our famous Farmhouse Burger.


Snack is served from 13:00 until 18:00 by the pool or at the bar.


Our Farm to Table restaurant offers a daily menu comprised of an appetiser, main, and dessert. Everything is locally sourced and deeply rooted on the traditions of the area using only the best seasonal produce.

All meals are accompanied by our winemaker, ready to help with our wine pairing. 

Dinner is served at 20:00.
